Welcome to Unconventional Collective LLC, d/b/a Stuck On You Events (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.stuckonyouevents.com (the “Site”) and our services, including sticker vending machine rentals, event activations, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Site or Services.

1. Services

  • Stuck On You Events provides sticker vending machine rentals, activations, and event-related services.

  • Service availability may vary by date, location, and equipment availability.

  • We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your rental or service.

  • Payment methods accepted will be displayed during checkout or in your invoice.

  • All fees must be paid in full prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

  • If you cancel within 30 days of your event, you may be responsible for full payment.

  • If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, severe weather, emergencies), you will be offered a rescheduled date or refund at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide a safe, suitable space with access to power (if required) for our vending machines and equipment.

  • You agree not to misuse, damage, or tamper with any rented equipment.

  • You are responsible for the conduct of your guests while using our machines or services.

5. Equipment Damage & Liability

  • You assume responsibility for any damage to our equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to you.

  • Stuck On You Events is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during use of our vending machines or event services, except where prohibited by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is owned by Stuck On You Events or licensed to us.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Stuck On You Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stuck On You Events, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
